Improving efficiency of people can be theoretically done in three ways: self-esteem, experience with success and behavior of seniors to juniors.
The experiments was conducted with 60 students of MBA I. Self-esteem session involved the reasoning behind their dreams and aspirations coupled with interesting questions such as ‘Why did you choose to do MBA?’, ‘Why do you think a specialisation does matter?’. These were further amplified with specific stories to get some insights to help them align themselves to objectives.
Large part of the session consisted of Experience with success session consisted of Simulation exercise ; team and group activities that were relatively easy that some would certainly succeed.
Conclusion had a story telling approach with sharing success points that helped to give a feeling of confidence in them.
